CANCELLATION POLICY

To withdraw from a full-season class, written notice (email is fine) is required.

The current month’s payment will still be processed, and all future monthly payments will be cancelled.
For example: If you notify us of your dancer’s withdrawal on October 10, the October payment will still be charged, but the remaining season payments will be stopped.

Please note: No refunds will be issued after March 1st due to recital and performance preparations. Exceptions will only be made in cases of medical necessity.

Costume fees are non-refundable.

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

Please note a late fee of $35.00 will be applied to any returned cheques or payments that cannot be processed and all payments 10 days late or more- no exceptions!). Overdue accounts will be subject to a 10% charge of the total balance after 30 days. If an account becomes two months overdue the dancer will not be able to attend their classes and their parents will be called to pick them up.
